Another Dr.'s appointment.  My Dr. had an emergency so I waited for an hour and a half before seeing her. I'm really appreciating a good book to read with all this waiting!  Normal appointment....pee in a cup, step on the scale (136), take my blood pressure (it was a little high, need to cut back on my salt cravings!) and hear Baby Z's heartbeat.  ( Read more... )
